When will I receive my products?
You will receive e-mails letting you know the status of your order. You will also receive a tracking number to track your package. Shipping times depend on which shipping option you selected when you completed your order. See our “Shipping Policy” for complete information. Please understand shipping times are guidelines and are not guaranteed by us. Depending on your country these times can vary because of customs and other factors.
How much is my shipping?
We offer free shipping to US addresses for order over $150. You will be able to choose various shipping options and their prices when placing your order. Please see our “Shipping Policy” for complete information.

Do you ship international?
Yes but only to a limited number of countries at the moment. We will expand this list in the near future. Please see our “Shipping Policy” for a complete list of countries that we ship.
What is your refund/return policy?
We are committed to provide 100% customer satisfaction. We do not offer refunds, however, we will gladly exchange any unused returnable item if you request a return authorization within 7 days of delivery (There are no refunds and no exceptions). I ordered the wrong item/size, can I do an exchange?
Yes, we will exchange any unused returnable item if you request a return authorization within 7 days of delivery. We will than grant you a 10 day window to return the unused returnable merchandise in its original packaging and in its original condition for an exchange or store credit. Please see our “Return and Exchange Policy” for complete rules.
How do I request an exchange?
Log into your account and click on my orders. Click on “Return Item(s)” next to the order you would like to return for an exchange or store credit and complete the form by selecting Quantity to Return, the Return Reason and Return Action. Please also include any notes you would like us to take into consideration and click on Submit Return Request.
Are there any non-returnable items?
We accept exchanges on many items however there are a few personal items that we do not accept exchanges. Please see our “Return and Exchange Policy” for a complete list of non-returnable items.
Can I exchange an item if I used it or modified it in any way?

Guaranty and Warranty Information
Is there a price guarantee on your products?
We are committed to offer you the best products at the best prices possible however we do not offer any low price match guarantee.
Are there warranties on your products?
We do not offer any warranty on any of the products we sell however some of the items such as brand name sunglasses come with a manufacturer warranty. If there is a manufacturer warranty offered on any product it will clearly be stated on the description of that product. Please “Contact Us” for any specific concern or questions.
What currency are your prices?
We offer all our products in USD. You may change the currency to any of the available currencies on the left top corner of the site and get an idea how much each item would cost under the selected currency. Your credit card will be charged in USD however your credit card issuer may exchange the charges into your currency based on their policies.
Is my credit card charged?
Your credit card is charged once your ordered is processed. You will receive an e-mail letting you know your order is processed. Please note some credit card issuers might put an additional hold on your card for purchases. Please contact your bank for more information.
How can I print a copy of my receipt for my records?
Please log in to your account and click on “My Orders” to print receipts.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes we do offer gift certificates and they never expire. Click on “Gift Certificates” to purchase a gift certificate for someone. You will be able to e-mail it to them. You may redeem your gift certificate by choosing gift certificate on the payment options when placing an order.
I have a coupon, can I use it?
Yes, you may use your coupon by entering the coupon code in the payment page when completing your order. Please note coupons have expiration dates and they may not be accepted after their expiration dates. If you want receive coupons in the future please “Register” on our website.
Can I use my rewards points as payment?
Yes, you earn 1 reward point for every $1 you spent on our website and you may use your reward points once you have a minimum of 200 points. Please “Register” to receive 100 bonus reward points. You may choose to use your reward points on the payment page when completing your order. Remember every 100 points equals $5.00. Your exact points will be converted into $ once you choose to use your existing reward points. Please see “Rewards Program” for complete rules.
